  2. Intentionally activate your curiosity this week in your meetings. When you are in a meeting, ask yourself some questions to get more curious: What is going here? Why are things happening the way they are? What am I noticing? What am I missing? How are people feeling? What is being assumed but not expressed? What are some hard truths? What is possible?

  3. Take 10 minutes to research something that is the opposite of what you believe or the opposing view on a subject you may have strong views about Some subject examples: The earth is flat. Women’s brains are different from men’s brains. Censorship of social media will destroy democracies. High performing teams always know each other for years.
